Dr. Brian Crenshaw, MD

Supervising Physician

Dr. Brian Crenshaw graduated from Louisiana State University in 2003 with a B.S. degree in Biological Sciences and in 2005 with a M.S. degree in Toxicology. In 2010, he earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the LSU Health Science Center before preforming his 4-year residency in anesthesiology at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center. A member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, and the Louisiana Society of Anesthesiologists, Dr. Crenshaw stays on top of medical discoveries and demonstrates an immense passion for his patients and their well-being. In his spare time. Dr. Crenshaw enjoys spending time with his wife and five children.

Tenneh Snell

Nurse Practitioner

Tenneh N. Snell grew up in Worthington, Ohio. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at the University of Toledo and moved back home to stay close to family. She worked as a registered nurse for four years at Mt. Carmel St. Ann’s, floating through various floors including Stroke/Neurology, Med-Surg, Palliative, Orthopedic, and the ED. During these years was when she realized she wanted to do more with her career and pursued a Master’s of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Cincinnati. She is now certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner’s Certification Board.

Tenneh and her husband Drake Snell resides in Lewis Center, Oh with their four children, Noah (3), Gabriel (3), Christian (2), Maya (2), and their adorable English Bulldog Penelope. With her husband being in the Army, Tenneh spends a lot of her free time with her family and friends. Hobbies of hers include crafting with her kids, cooking, and doing DIY projects around her house. Tenneh is passionate about helping people in any way possible, driven by faith and the belief that every day is a blessing she is determined to provide care that is essential to enhancing her patient’s well-being.

Keshia Buckland

Office Manager 

Keshia Buckland has experience in management, billing and coding, medical assisting and customer service. She is known as the “jack-of-all-trades” within our office. Keshia’s goal is to treat our patients like family and build lasting relationships from start to finish. She takes pride in helping our patients with any questions they may have regarding their treatment plan, insurance and services in our office.

Keshia grew up in the Madison County area, where she currently resides with her husband (Joel) and two wonderful children (Hayes and Sadie). Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling with her family, hiking, photography and cheering on her Buckeyes!

Alaina Geiss

Medical Assistant

Alaina Geiss is a recent graduate of Huntington University where she obtained a degree in Biology. Alaina has prior medical experience as a hospital phlebotomist, where she would collect important lab tests. Now, she has returned to her home state of Ohio to work as a medical assistant for our practice. She hopes of becoming a physician assistant in the future. With a strong passion for helping others, she excels at patient interaction and is eager to be involved in the integration of stem cell research into the realm of healthcare.

Alaina grew up in Granville, OH with her wonderful family and loving dog. During her college years she enjoyed being a member of the women’s soccer team. Her spare time now consist of exercising, traveling to new places, visiting friends and spending time on the lake.

Amanda Ramey-Baker

Medical Assistant

Amanda comes to our office with over 15 years of experience in the medical field. Amanda’s medical experience includes medical assisting, geriatric care, pharmacy technician, billing and coding, insurance verification and much more. She is a great addition to our team and is involved with assisting our providers and over all patient care within our office. She is committed to dedicating and providing outstanding personal care for all of our patients during their visits.   

 

Amanda currently resides in the Madison County area with her husband and 2 children. Outside of the office she enjoys watching her kids sporting events and is on the sales committee for her counties 4H. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  

Emily Crompton

Patient Care Coordinator 
Emily obtained her bachelor’s degree at the Ohio State University in Criminology and Sociology. Emily’s experience in customer service makes her a fantastic addition to our team. She is often the very first person that our patients speak to. She maintains the flow, scheduling and organization at our front desk, but loves helping anywhere she is needed within our office.
 
Emily grew up in the Westerville area, but currently resides in London with her adorable daughter Maya. Outside of the office, she enjoys gardening, visiting local attractions and experiencing the outdoors with her daughter. Emily also enjoys watching and attending Buckeye football games!
